Security

Revenue intelligence deserves deliberate protection.

Aurelian is designed to work with valuable CRM data. Our approach is to make specific, supportable claims about the safeguards in place—and to keep strengthening the operating system around them.

Current security architecture.

These controls describe the present design. They are not a claim of a certification, audit opinion, or guarantee.

01

Secure authentication

Access is established through authenticated sessions rather than exposed application credentials.

02

Organization isolation

Customer information is scoped by organization to reduce the risk of cross-tenant access.

03

Role-based authorization

Capabilities can be limited according to a user's operating role.

04

Encrypted CRM credentials

OAuth credentials are protected at rest and handled outside the browser.

05

Server-side secrets

Sensitive integration values stay in controlled server-side environments.

06

Audit history

Important operating actions can be recorded to support traceability and review.

07

Secure OAuth

CRM access is established through scoped authorization flows rather than shared passwords.

08

Operational controls

Health, errors, and access-sensitive operations are designed for deliberate handling.

Security roadmap

Controls should mature with the platform.

Our roadmap includes continued hardening, expanded monitoring, documented response procedures, tighter operational review, and formal assurance work when the business is ready. Any future certification will be communicated only after it is actually obtained.
